Endwell is an independent TV/Film studio producing social impact entertainment, elevating underrepresented voices both in front of and behind the camera. We tell stories sidelined by history, shining a light on the LGBTQ+ community and women in STEM.
 

​Founded by actor, writer, and executive producer Lisa Cordileone and named after her hometown in New York, she was raised in a family shaped by IBM’s early legacy.

 

Her work includes the TV proof of concept Committed, attracting an award-winning team with credits across NBC, Netflix, HBO, Starz, FX, and Amazon.

 

The feature Freelancers Anonymous (Amazon) earned multiple jury awards and Hollywood’s ReFRAME Stamp. Her work has screened at 65+ Festivals Internationally, and the digital series Easy Abby reached 300M+ views.

 

Her work has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Deadline, Huffpost, BuzzFeed, The Advocate, Screen Magazine, etc.

She is a graduate of The Second City Chicago Conservatories, and East Carolina University (North Carolina), earning a B.F.A Professional Acting.
