Endwell is an independent TV/Film studio producing social impact entertainment, elevating underrepresented voices both in front of and behind the camera.

Founded by actor, writer, and executive producer Lisa Cordileone, the company is named after her hometown in New York. She was influenced by IBM’s early legacy, which inspires her passion for stories about the history of women in STEM.

Lisa founded Endwell to build the kind of creative ecosystem where artists spend less time chasing work and more time creating it. Her goal is simple: to go to work as an artist, help others do the same, and share pages of history we never learned about in school.

Her work includes the TV proof of concept Committed, attracting an award-winning team with credits across NBC, Netflix, HBO, Starz, FX, and Amazon.

The feature Freelancers Anonymous (Amazon) earned multiple jury awards and Hollywood’s ReFRAME Stamp. Her work has screened at 65+ Festivals Internationally, and the digital series Easy Abby reached 300M+ views.

Her work has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Deadline, Huffpost, BuzzFeed, The Advocate, Screen Magazine, etc.

She is a graduate of The Second City Chicago Conservatories, and East Carolina University (North Carolina), earning a B.F.A Professional Acting.
